Zachary Davis received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center. Zach is a second generation lawyer who graduated Magna Cum Laude, was recognized by B'nai B'rith and received the Frederick J. Damski Memorial Book Award in Constitutional Law.

Mr. Davis was introduced to the field of Marijuana Law when he was contacted by a long standing, well known Colorado company seeking assistance in obtaining one of the five coveted regional marijuana licenses under the Florida Compassionate Medical Cannabis Act of 2014.  Mr. Davis was hired to negotiate contracts, assemble a team and author the application for the Colorado company. Upon the passage of Amendment 2, Mr. Davis focused his attention to overseeing the legal and lobbying efforts of a different Nursery looking to obtain a license.
